Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Policy for Online Products: Full payment of the online product must be received via our secure online payment gateway prior to the electronic delivery. Once payment has been received, the customer will be sent a email confirmation of their purchase order. At any stage, if a customer is experiencing problems on taking delivery of the online product, they can contact Lexivita support via our Contact or our phone number listed on the website. Payment for online products can be made via Mastercard or Visa or PayPal. We do not accept methods of payment that are not online transactions such as personal checks, postal money orders or cash.

1. Delivery Notifications: You will receive an email confirmation of your order immediately after purchase – if applicable, you will then be sent an additional email containing the tracking number when your order ships, so you can track it online right to your door. 

2. Delivery timescales: Your order will usually be shipped within 72 hours. Typically orders are delivered within 5 business days in the United States, within 2 weeks to Canada, and international orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive (depending on your shipping location).

3. International deliveries: International orders are primarily shipped by FedEx International Economy, who then passes the package onto your overseas delivery company. Please allow up to 3 weeks delivery time on international orders. 

(PLEASE NOTE that for Canadian and International orders, customers may also incur additional customs and duties charges which are imposed by their respective countries, not Lexivita). 

4. Postage method: Domestic orders to shipping addresses within the United States start as low as $7.95 shipping & handling, Canadian orders start at $14.95, and International orders $14.95. 

5. Missed deliveries: If you are not in when your package reaches your shipping address, please refer to the redelivery options supplied by the company attempting delivery. And if no delivery note is supplied, please consult your online tracking id number to identify the whereabouts of your package and how to arrange collection. If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that are undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total. 

6. Late deliveries or dispatch: Although we are able to ship most orders within the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded, which can cause additional delays of 1-2 days. Regrettably, this is an unfortunate consequence of high volume sales periods, as well as for weekend and public holiday order placements. 

Other reasons for additional delays may include the delivery service itself experiencing a problem, or border and customs departments retaining shipments on international shipments. These events are unfortunately beyond our control.
