Lexivita Return And Refund Policy
Lexivita will accept a return of unopened* boxes of product(s) within 365 days of purchase. This applies to subscription and non-subscription purchases. The first box of the first purchase of any stack will constitute a trial of the product. Any return afterward with opened boxes will attract a prorated refund.
* An unopened box is a shipping box returned as is.
- Reformulation requests
A reformulation occurs when a new stack is sent out with a different strength, and/or with ingredients (added or omitted). A reformulation will be granted only once. A reformulation will be granted only in cases where the original order is the first and only order. No reformulation of subsequent orders will be granted. A reformulation should also constitute the same quantities of the original purchase. If a reformulated stack is still deemed unsuitable, a refund will be processed.
Products are provided with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that in case you were not satisfied with the product, you may return it, no questions asked. This guarantee is limited to the first box only, returns of subsequent boxes are subject to the return rules stated above.
You may contact our helpdesk at (818)-975-6080 Mon – Fri 10 AM to 6 PM EST or lexivitamin@gmail.com within 365 days of the original order date for 100% refund of the product purchase price (excluding any shipping and handling charges) and obtain an RMA (Return Mailing Authorization) number and shipping instructions to return any unopened product. RMAs (Return Mailing Authorization) are only available to customers returning items within the 48 contiguous United States, California.
- Return Of International Orders
All international orders are to be returned at the customer’s expense via a trackable method. In cases where the reason for return is due to an error by the company, or still within the terms of the satisfaction guarantee, the return fees will be reimbursed to the customer. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will process your credit to the original method of payment. Refunds exceeding the original order amount will be reimbursed with a method of our choosing.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund to anyone reasonably suspected by Lexivita Inc. to have previously taken advantage of Lexivita Inc. satisfaction guarantee on more than one occasion.
Giving you a refund in accordance with the terms and restrictions that are set forth herein is the full and complete liability that Lexivita Inc. has to you. You acknowledge the length of the refund period as set forth herein and you agree that the length of the refund period is reasonable. You further agree to try the Nootopia Inc. product during the initial 365 period following your product order as a material consideration required by Lexivita Inc. as part of the purchase price. You further warrant that you will make a determination during the initial 365-day period if the product is as described and to decide whether you wish to keep the product. If you do not notify Lexivita Inc. during the refund period in the manner described herein, you agree that Lexivita Inc. may construe silence as a full, complete and final acceptance of the terms of the sale of Lexivita Inc. products and you will have no further right of redress or refund for any reason.
If you’re living in locations that require custom duties and/or VAT taxes to be collected you understand that, unless custom duties and/or VAT taxes are collected at the point of sale by Lexivita Inc., you remain entirely responsible for payment of any/all custom duties and taxes at the time the product is delivered pursuant to your instructions. If for any reason, Lexivita Inc. ‘s courier or freight account is charged for custom duties and/or VAT taxes, instead of you paying the referenced charges directly, Lexivita Inc. will prohibit reordering until you, the customer, pays any outstanding fees billed to us.
